Exo 5:1-2 Afterward Moses and Aaron went and said to Pharaoh, “Thus says the LORD, the God of Israel, ‘Let my people go, that they may hold a feast to me in the wilderness.’” (2) But Pharaoh said, “Who is the LORD, that I should obey his voice and let Israel go? I do not know the LORD, and moreover, I will not let Israel go.”
RASNs (revilers, abusers, sociopaths, narcissists) have much in common with totalitarian regimes. They regard themselves as little gods (big gods, in their own eyes actually), and see your role as one of serving and worshipping them.
One of the common characteristics of a totalitarian regime (let’s call them a TR) is control of speech and thought. Here in the United States we have a Bill of Rights which grants every citizen certain inalienable freedoms such as freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of the press and so on. Presently in our own nation, TR’s are doing all they can to negate these freedoms. They do what TR’s do. They do what Pharaoh did. They dictate what can be said, what can be done, and even what can be thought.
I have written before on the astounding sense of entitlement that RASNs have in regard to dictating not only what their target can do, but even what they are allowed to say. I even further, this very evil power thing which I suppose we can call mind control. Control over what others are allowed to think.
RASNs very often tell us what we are thinking and what our motives are. And they always attribute the negative to our thoughts and motives. They want to humiliate and punish. “How dare you say that about me! I know what you are thinking and you had better get your brain on straight!”
TR’s always have a propaganda machine and some secret police force. What are the goals of such wicked tools? To control the minds of their subjects. To discover any thoughts which are contrary to the regime. They operate on lies and deceptions. Right now in our own nation we have men and women in top offices of the land who can look straight into the camera and lie with lies which are blatantly and obviously false, but no matter.
This is how your RASN works as well. Think how shocking this evil is – to presume to dictate what another person is permitted to say or to think! I think I have told you before how I have experienced this repeatedly over the years. “How date you say those negative things about me!” And I will take this evil further – what they really means is, “you are not permitted to even THINK anything negative about me. I will tell you what to think.”
If you spend some time thinking about it, what kind of people do you generally think negative thoughts about or speak negatively of? Unless you are an evil person yourself, the answer is, we think negative thoughts about and speak negatively of wicked people who are harming us or others. But do we really spend a lot of time thinking or speaking in this way about kind, loving people? No. There is no need. Because those kind of people aren’t RASNs.
If you are in a relationship (marriage, friendship, etc) with a RASN, you are living in a totalitarian regime replete with a propaganda department and thought police. Your inalienable rights are constantly being eroded. The RASN is trespassing past the boundaries of your personhood, just like an evil king does.
